Restorative Yin Yoga
This class combines the benefits of holding gentle, effective stretches with restorative yoga postures. The class is practiced completely on the mat with the support of props: blankets. blocks and bolsters. ​
Needed props: yoga mat, 2 yoga blankets (or large towels), 2 yoga blocks and a yoga bolster (or large pillow)

Chair Yoga
This 45 minute class offers gentle, accessible yoga postures with the support of a chair. A few postures are practiced standing.​
Needed props: Sturdy chair (preferably with no arms) and yoga strap
Monday: 10:30-11:15 am PST, 1:30-2:15 pm EST
